Off the Hook Dinner Highlights the Importance of Sustainable Seafood

We had a great time at the Off The Hook Sustainable dinner at the Newport Aquarium! It aligned perfectly with our sustainability goals and was a great way to kick off 2019. Sleepy Bee Cafe, along with 30+ other chefs from around the country, Chefs Collaborative, Edible Valley Ohio, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch,   participated in this eco-friendly night of fish, friends, and fun!
